Successful SAP system harmonization for Wien Energie

Following the merger between Wien Energie and Wien Energie Fernwärme (teleheating), two current SAP systems needed to be harmonized.

The project team were met with the following challenges:

  • Migrating data from the source systems
  • Harmonizing existing processes
  • Adapting existing applications
  • Implementing new cross-system functions

DMC Austria consultants worked in many different areas on this project. They contributed a significant share to the overall success of this project, whereby Wien Energie was able to use the new SAP system for their core functions and with the new processes.
