T-Mobile Austria
T-Mobile Austria needed applications to manage the budget pool of business clients and for clearing roaming charges between phone providers.
We needed to solve the following challenges in this project:
- Creating own application in SAP
- Integrating several other applications on different systems
- Linking a front-desk solution based on Web services
- Achieving the necessary performance for the decentralized front desks
DMC Austria set up the team of SAP consultants responsible for everything from application consultancy services, to conception and realization, through to rollout. The result of pooling our interdisciplinary expertise led to a very efficient coordination with the front desk team so that the project could be successfully implemented within a very short time frame.
